The Antiche Tradizioni di Gragnano Paccheri originated from Campania, South of Italy. It is often used in Neapolitan cuisine and usually topped with sauces or stuffed with cheeses such as ricotta or burrata cheese. It is made with high quality, excellent ingredients such as durum wheat flour and water. The dough is prepared in static cells and at low temperature before it is kneaded, bronze drawn and dried using the traditional method that requires a considerable number of hours.
