Empty contents of the bag into a bowl and let it thaw.
Preheat the pan to medium-high heat.
Add oil and thinly sliced pieces of garlic, sauté until golden brown.
Add the meat to the pan and sauté until desired doneness is reached.
Season with salt to taste.
