French Toast & Fresh Berries with Honey Mascarpone

3 slices Brioche
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp A Buzz from the Bees Jarrah Honey
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Mascarpone
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/8 cup A Buzz from the Bees Jarrah Honey
- 5 pcs Mint leaves
- Edible flowers
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp A Buzz from the Bees Jarrah Honey
Fresh Berries with Honey Mascarpone
In a bowl mix the egg, cinnamon, milk, vanilla.
Heat a sauté pan add butter, then dip the brioche in the mixture. Fry the brioche slices until golden brown.
Whip the whipping cream until medium peak then fold the mascarpone and add the honey (1/8 cup)
Mix the berries with lemon juice and mint.
Place the French toast slices, sprinkle the powdered sugar and drizzle with honey on top
In a bowl put the berries then a dollop of the mascarpone cream, drizzle with honey and garnish with flowers
