Ingredients
500g tuna loin
1 cup low sodium Japanese soy sauce
1/3 cup mirin
1/3 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup white onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp spring onions, minced
Toasted seaweed (optional)
Directions
Slice tuna loin into half-inch cubes and place in a bowl
In another bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil
Pour soy mixture over the tuna and mix thoroughly
